We at WiseData Business LTDA ("WiseData", "we", or "Platform") are a technology company offering software, data analytics, and business intelligence solutions. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are intended to provide all the information needed about the use of our services to our users.

By using WiseData Business services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. User Types

WiseData Business services may be used by different categories of users:

Contracting User: Companies or individuals who contract our paid services.

User: Any person who uses WiseData Business tools and solutions.

Third parties: Partners or service providers who work together with us.

2. Changes to the Terms

WiseData Business reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the site. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms.

3. User Account

3.1. Opening an Account

To use certain services, it may be necessary to create an account. You must provide truthful information, keep your password secure, and not share it with third parties. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility.

3.2. Account Security

If you identify unauthorized or suspicious access to your account, notify us immediately. WiseData Business is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of compromised accounts.

3.3. Minimum Age

Our services are intended for people over 18. If minors wish to use the services, consent from parents or legal guardians is required.

3.4. Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive for an extended period, we may notify you before closing it. Data associated with closed accounts may be permanently deleted after 30 days.

4. Paid Plans and Refund Policy

WiseData Business offers paid plans, including monthly and annual options. If the user wishes to cancel their subscription, a refund may be requested unconditionally within {seven_days} from the date of contracting, pursuant to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC). After that period, no reversals or refunds will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

The subscription will renew automatically at the end of the contracted period, unless the user cancels before the renewal date. If there are price changes, we will notify in advance and provide the option to cancel before the new amount is charged.

5. Use of the Site and Services

By using our site and services, you agree to:

Not engage in illegal or unauthorized activities
Not attempt to access restricted areas or tamper with our systems
Not use automated tools to collect information without permission
Not share offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is owned by WiseData Business or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal penalties.

7. Limitation of Liability

WiseData Business is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

We are also not responsible for technical failures, data loss, or temporary unavailability of the services.

8. Integrations with Third-Party Platforms

WiseData Business offers integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), Google, LinkedIn, among others.

By connecting your business accounts or social media profiles to our platform, you authorize access, reading, and, when applicable, storage of data provided by those platforms via API.

The data collected may include account IDs, page names, exchanged messages, user interactions, and statistical data. This data is used exclusively to provide the contracted services, such as message centralization, report generation, and task automation.

You may, at any time, revoke WiseData Business's access to your connected accounts through the Meta panel or the settings on our platform.

9. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold WiseData Business harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from improper use of the services or violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Information Security

To ensure the security of your data and the use of our services, we recommend:

Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (when available)
Keeping your devices and software always up to date
Avoiding sharing access credentials

11. Data Processing Policy

WiseData Business processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is collected, stored, and used only for purposes necessary to deliver the services. We do not share sensitive data with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination and Cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the services if we identify violations of these Terms. Cancellation by the user does not entitle to a refund outside the 7-day window.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil, respecting the consumer's right to choose the jurisdiction of their domicile.
