1. WiseData Products and Specific Terms

WiseData Business LTDA develops and operates an ecosystem of software products. These Terms of Use are the umbrella document applicable to all products and to the wisedatabusiness.com website.

Each product may have specific Terms of Use, detailing its own conditions — such as plans, usage limits, refund policies, and acceptable use rules. When you use a specific product, that product's terms prevail on any point where they are more specific, and these Terms apply in a complementary manner.

Our products include, among others: WiseData Tools, WiseData Agency, WiseData Finances, WiseData Leads, WiseData NPS, Balancinho and the Goiânia NFS-e Issuer. The WiseData Help Center (wisedata.wiki) and our support service are cross-product services, offered in support of all of the above and governed by these Terms.

2. Definition of Users

WiseData Business services may be used by different categories of users:

Contracting User: Companies or individuals who purchase our paid services.

User: Any person who uses WiseData Business tools and solutions.

Third Parties: Partners or service providers who work together with us.

3. Modifications to the Terms

WiseData Business reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as of the date of publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

5. Paid Plans and Refund Policy

WiseData Business offers free and paid products, including monthly and annual options. The billing, refund, and cancellation conditions may vary by product and are detailed in the specific Terms of each one.

As a general rule, an individual consumer may request a refund unconditionally within 7 (seven) days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In business-to-business (B2B) relationships and for services performed immediately, this right of withdrawal may not apply, as set forth in the product's specific Terms.

The subscription will renew automatically at the end of the contracted period, unless the user cancels it before the renewal date. If there are any price changes, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel before the new amount is charged.

6. Use of the Website and Services

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Not engage in illegal or unauthorized activities
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or tamper with our systems
• Not use automated tools to collect information without permission
• Not share offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Not redistribute, resell, or assign to third parties the data obtained in our products (such as lead lists), nor use it to train artificial intelligence models without express authorization
• Not to use support channels to send spam, threats, offensive content or illegal material, nor to open tickets in a volume that compromises service to other users
• Not to automatically extract Help Center content for republication, resale or training of artificial intelligence models without express authorization

If we identify any violation of these rules, we may suspend or close your account without prior notice.

7. Data Processing and Processor Role

When you enter or import third-party data into our products (for example, CRM contacts, survey respondents, invoice recipients, or leads captured by your buttons), you act as the Controller of that data and WiseData Business as the Processor, handling it exclusively to deliver the service and in accordance with your instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring an adequate legal basis for the collection and processing of that data. Upon request, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for clients who act as Controllers. Data processing by WiseData is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, software, and proprietary databases, is the property of WiseData Business or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal penalties.

Content published in the Help Center (articles, tutorials, images and videos) belongs to WiseData Business and is made available for consultation and internal use by users of our products, including with the help of artificial intelligence assistants to clarify doubts about the use of our tools. Full republication, resale or redistribution of such content by third parties without prior written authorization is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

WiseData Business is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the services. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

We are also not responsible for technical failures, data loss, or temporary unavailability of the services, nor for decisions made by the user based on reports, calculations, or responses from artificial intelligence assistants, which should always be verified.

10. Integrations with Third-Party Platforms

WiseData Business offers integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), Google, LinkedIn, among others.

By connecting your business accounts or social media profiles to our platform, you authorize the access, reading, and, where applicable, storage of data provided by those platforms via API.

The data collected may include account IDs, page names, exchanged messages, user interactions, and statistical data. This data is used exclusively to provide the contracted services, such as message centralization, report generation, and task automation.

You may, at any time, revoke WiseData Business's access to your connected accounts through the Meta dashboard or our platform's settings.

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold WiseData Business harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from the improper use of the services or the violation of these Terms of Use.

12. Information Security

To ensure the security of your data and your use of our services, we recommend:

• Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (when available)
• Keeping your devices and software always up to date
• Avoiding sharing your access credentials

13. Data Processing Policy

WiseData Business processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is collected, stored, and used only for the purposes necessary to provide the services. We do not share sensitive data with third parties without the user's consent, except when required by law.

14. Termination and Cancellation

We may suspend or close your account and access to the services if we identify violations of these Terms. Cancellation by the user will follow the refund rules set forth in the specific Terms of each product.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WiseData Business is established. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right of consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
